  • Being a steward of the city’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan
  • Educating people on the importance of planning and zoning
  • Support more commercial development in our city; 85 percent of our tax base is generated from residential property tax.

ELECT ALVIN REYNOLDS for DISTRICT 7 in CITY OF SOUTH FULTON

As City Councilman, Alvin wants to:

Support economic development staff and two Development Authority Boards to attract fine dining and higher-end retail to the Old National Commercial Corridor
Establish a District 7 code enforcement initiative that will help increase our property values and keep our community attractive
Work closely with the Public Works Department to improve lighting in the area and ensure our streets are litter-free.
Support Police/Fire Department to maintain safety throughout our communities and maintain low crime rates in District 7.
Host roundtables to ensure business owners hear from residents about their desire for top notch customer service in our area
